I just started this week on these supplements. My niece gave them to me, she works at Fruitfull Yield. They do curb your appetite. I need to lose 10 pounds. I just did “Reset” from Usana from my cousin who’s a chiropractor. Lost 5 pounds but need to lose 10 more. So far I have lost 37.50 pounds in the last 6 years. I just can’t drop the last 10. I’m 48 and work out almost everyday. I walk al lot and watch what i eat. My chiropractor says it’s probably that menopausal stage and age and metabolism, that’s whyI did the RESET.
If anyone has tried these hoodia pills let me know.
I don’t want to hear about all the garbage of pills. I just need to know if anyone has tried them and if they have helped.

Why don’t you want to hear the truth about pills? Typically they are garbage…assuming you lose the desired weight on these pills, what happens when you stop taking them? If you cannot control your appetite now, why will a few weeks or months from now (off the pills) be different?

I have been on Alli,Curvelle,AcaiBerry……the Alli worked fine….Curvelle was a scam…..and I am on the Acai Berry right now but not seeing the results I should be seeing.

There’s a safe effective way to lose weight and it works 100%of the time. Eat healthy and exercise. You’re not going to lose weight fast without surgery it’s impossible

Yes, they can cause you to get jittery, increase your pulse and blood pressure and that can cause damage to your heart.
