I take Phentermine and I take the time release capsules. ask you doctor about them. I have taken boththe regular and the time release. The time release is sooooo much better. They last for 8 hours.

I have recently been prescribed phentermine, at a dosage of 37.5. Has anyone here taken this diet pill, and what was your initial weight loss, over a period of…say like two weeks to a month? just out of curiosity, id like to know what to expect in the first couple weeks to a month.

when i fist took it i would loose like 5-6 lbs a week. however after a few weeks( like 7-9) it starts not working as well

You have to be overweight for a doctor to prescribe it to you. Its almost impossible to get it online now days. Yes, Phentermine works.

Yes! And YES!!! I have taken this for last 6 months. I weighed 256 and now weigh 175. I did however watched what i ate and exercised for hr daily. Ate breakfast every morning and lots of water! God luck!!! Heavenly

I have 30 mg phentermine capsules and they are to strong. I am planning on contacting my doctor for a lower dose but I was wondering if I can open up my 30 mg capsules that I already have and take half of the powder?

Yes! I have the 37.5 phentermines and I break them in half and they work great that way. Not only does the bottle last twice as long, but I don’t get the jitters or anxiety. Also I fall asleep easier at night with just the half. The great thing is, even at half a pill, they still last all day long taking away my cravings and giving me energy.

I have been prescribed phentermine (adipex) by my doctor for weight loss. It is working great! I love taking phentermine because it gives me so much energy and makes me feel SO good, but I know I can’t be on it forever. Is there anything natural / over-the-counter that would give me the same effect.

I’m one of those people that has been overweight most of my life. I tried a lot of different shortcuts that never seemed to work.
